Upon arrival the men’s bathroom had no toilet wand no paper towels.
The elevator was out of service.
Next morning, no decaf coffee.
Wanted to charge $12 for parking, which was removed after requesting.
Not your typical, Fairfield.

The front desk lady was not the friendlist or inviting person. The 2nd floor had this horrible mildew smell. The breakfast was not edible.

You get what you pay for
The room was maybe acceptable, the hotel allowed for extreme noise from other kids and families during the evening. Worst however was the coffee served in the morning, most likely made on the same grind for the whole week.

Marriott vs. Motel
Our $350 a night “hotel” was reminiscent of your basic run of the mill Motel 6 in the 80’s, minus the vibrating bed. The hot tub had something growing in it and the pool area was formally the habitat for the creature in the black lagoon. The location was decent, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. All things you come to expect from any low rated motel; when you’re staying at a Marriott there is a bit higher of an expectation. Best advice I can give for this hotel, is go in with low expectations, and when you think they’re low enough, dig a little deeper.

Plumbing pipes need a good clean out. There were smells from the drains. Overall, dingy.

Everything was great with the room—the beds, the bathroom amenities, all in good condition. The only major area for improvement I’d point out is the pool area. When we went to use it, it wasn’t clean and we had to wait for it to be cleaned. Once we were finally able to get in, the water was way too cold to enjoy, even though the outside temperature was between 80 and 90 degrees.
